What is a Direct Order?
When we say Direct Order at Zeeks, we mean a delivery or pick-up order that is placed directly with Zeeks through our website, our app, or on the phone. Orders placed on a 3rd party marketplace like Uber Eats or Doordash are not Direct Orders.

In Toast reporting, both Online and App Orders show up as App Orders. Phone orders show up as Phone Orders. Specifically they show up as follows:
- App - Pick Up
- App - Delivery
- Phone Order - Pick Up
- Phone Order - Delivery
