Requesting a refund:
  1. Click the initials in the upper right corner
  2. Select 'Help Center'
  3. Select 'Submit an Uber Direct refund request'
  4. Fill out and submit the form






How to find an order:

1.      Search by: 
  1. Store Order ID
  2. Uber Order ID
  3. Recipient Name
  4. Recipient Address
            OR

2.    Use the filter:
  1. Filter by location
  2. Filter by date
  3. Filter by order status  



Cancel the call for an Uber Direct driver:
  1. Find the order
  2. Click the three dots to the right of the order
  3. Select 'Cancel Delivery'



Request an Uber Direct driver:
  1. Select 'New Delivery' in the upper right corner
  2. Fill in pickup and drop off details on the form that opens
  3. Submit request





Submitting driver feedback:
If you have driver feedback to submit, please send the following information to hilary@zeekspizza.com & mmoore5@ext.uber.com:
  1. Date
  2. Location
  3. Customer name
  4. Customer address
  5. Uber ticket ID #
  6. Driver feedback (positive and/or negative)
