How to set your zeekspizza.com and Zeeks App ordering hours

Being 'Open Online' 

The standard A customer should be able to:
  • Schedule a PICK UP for 11am 
  • Schedule a DELIVERY to be delivered at 11am 
  • Place an asap PICK UP order until 9pm (e.g. placed at 8:59 pm to be picked up at 9:14). 
  • Place as an asap DELIVERY order until 9pm (e.g. placed at 8:59 to arrive at the customer's door at 9:30)

A key component to understand: Default Prep Time
In order to set our opening and closing hours, you need to define a 'default prep time' that you manually default back to when your order volume is low. Establishing this is important because YOU CAN'T SET YOUR ORDERING HOURS CORRECTLY UNLESS YOU ESTABLISH YOUR STORE'S DEFAULT PREP TIME FIRST. A fast kitchen can reliably have a pie ready in 15 minutes, so that's a guideline for your default prep time.



Pick Up Settings - Open Time


You set your hours in the Incentivio backend.

Open Time
Your 'online open time' should be set to 11am minus your default prep time. For example, if your default prep time is 15 minutes, you would set your open time to 10:45. This would allow a customer to schedule a pickup for 11am. 

To do this:
  1. Log in
  2. Click 'Setup' 
  3. Click 'Store Ordering Setup'
  4. Choose your store
  5. In the 'Pick Up' section, set your open time for each day of the week
  6. Click 'Save'

To test this yourself 
  1. Go to zeekspizza.com
  2. Click 'Order'
  3. Select your store
  4. Click 'Schedule'
  5. Choose a date in the future
  6. Look at the first time slot listed. ***When testing, if your prep time is not set to the default prep time, it won't align with your desired outcome.

Your 'online closing time' should be your true closing time plus your default prep time. For example, if your default prep time is 15 minutes and your true closing time is 9pm, you should set your 'online closing time' to 9:15. This would allow a customer to place a pickup order until 9:00 pm.

To do this
  1. Log in
  2. Click 'Setup' 
  3. Click 'Store Ordering Setup'
  4. Choose your store
  5. In the 'Pick Up' section, set your closing time for each day of the week
  6. Click 'Save'
To test this yourself 
  1. Go to zeekspizza.com
  2. Click 'Order'
  3. Click 'Pickup'
  4. Select your store
  5. Scroll down and look at the last time slot listed. ***When testing, if your prep time is not set to the default prep time, it won't align with your desired outcome.


Delivery Settings - Open Time

Your 'online open time' should be set to 11am minus default prep time, minus drive time. For example, if default prep time is 15 minutes and your drive time is 15 minutes, you would set your open time to 10:30am. This would allow a customer to schedule a delivery to arrive at their house at 11am.

  3. Click 'Store Ordering Setup'
  4. Choose your store
  5. Scroll down to the 'Delivery' section, and click the arrow
  6. Enter your online open time for each day.
  7. Click 'Save'
