When first signing in, you will automatically be on the dashboard. This will give you historical sales information, thru Grubhub, for the location that you are logged into.
In the orders menu, you will find active, scheduled, and completed orders:
- Active & scheduled orders will provide you a look at what you are working on now or what is headed your way in the future. All of these will also exist in Toast.
- Clicking on a completed order will give you an opportunity to rate the driver.
Settings > Order & Delivery Settings:
- Set prep times
- Enter pick up info for drivers
- Enter additional time needed for large orders (you will also need to define when an order should be considered large)
Settings > Hours:
- Regular operating hours are pulled from Toast, do not edit here
- You can add special hours (which do not pull from Toast) when you need to override you regular hours for FUTURE DAYS
- Select Start/stop new orders or Turn off/on orders for special hours needed DAY OF
Settings > Marketplace profile:
- This is where you will add/edit information and pictures to change how your location appears on the Grubhub app
