Doordash order types (channels) in portal found on orders page:
  1. Doordash or Caviar - Doordash customers who ordered thru Doordash
  2. Drive with a Toast ticket # (1-3 digits) - Zeeks Pizza customer
  3. Drive with an Incentivio ticket # (8-10 digits) - Zeeks Pizza customer
  4. You can filter what orders are listed by channel, date range, or order status




Request refunds, provide Dasher feedback, or contact support:
  1. From the orders page, select the correct completed order
  2. A new screen will open with these options




Cancel or reschedule the requested Dasher:
  1. Go to the orders page & select the appropriate scheduled or active order
  2. Select the correct option from the new screen that opens





Request a Dasher for an order that has not auto triggered one already:
  1. From the orders page select Request a Delivery
  2. Fill out & sumbit the form that opens



Set special hours or closures:
  1. Regular operating hours cannot be changed here.  That happens in toasttab.com.
  2. Enter special hours or closures under store availability.




If you would like to change how your location appears on Doordash, you can edit the store settings.
