Correcting incorrect server assignments for 3rd party outsourced deliveries

IN TOASTTAB.COM:


Once you have identified an order with an incorrect server assignment, click on that order (see above)
Select re-open check from the window that opens. Another window will open. Confirm reopening of check by clicking okay (see below).
***Keep track of the date and ticket #.  You will need them later!




AT A POS TERMINAL:



Enter the Payment Terminal from the main menu (see above).
Click on the correct order on the left.  Select update on the right (see below).








Click the three dots in the upper right corner (see above).
Select Change Server from the window that opens (see below).




Select the proper server, who must be clocked in (see below).
